Terms of Stay.
1. Booking & Cancellation
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your sanctuary. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit this deposit. We strongly advise securing travel insurance prior to your journey up the mountain.
2. Atmosphere Policy
Dremora House is engineered for absolute silence. Guests are required to respect the acoustic isolation of the property. Drones, amplified music, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited.
3. Damage Liability
The architecture heavily features raw materials, unsealed concrete, and fragile glass. Any structural damage incurred during the stay will be charged directly to the guest's account.
